In my opinion, i think that everything looks realistic (well for a cartoon anyway ^^'). The overall picture is very nice and i'd say unique, since i have not seen it before.
At first, the whole reason i clicked was because i love Alice in Wonderland, but the overall picture made me stay.
The only thing i can really say you need to work on is maybe add some more detail, but even that would be optional.
I do not know too much about drawing, so you'll have to forgive me if this isn't helping you at all.
